1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ez77 ("ez77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ez77 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, games, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any ez77 service, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or terms applicable to individual games, promotions, or features, which are incorporated herein by reference.

ez77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2Eligibility

To register and use the ez77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino participation.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ez77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ez77 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of ez77 services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ez77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

ez77 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where it has reason to believe that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. ez77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ez77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your ez77 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Processing times vary by method and may take up to three (3) business days.
• Verification: ez77 may require identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Fees: ez77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ez77 accepts no responsibility.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in PHP. No currency conversion is applied within the Platform.

5Bonuses & Promotions

ez77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• ez77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, ez77's determination shall be final and binding.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ez77 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, and table games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

• All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics, as applicable, to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
• ez77 reserves the right to void bets or withhold winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a game outcome was affected by a technical error, software fault, or any form of manipulation.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing bets. ez77 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by ez77 at any time.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ez77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with any software, game, or system on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to ez77 immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the ez77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of ez77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from ez77.
• Use any ez77 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of ez77 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ez77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or profits resulting from technical errors, system outages, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any reliance on information or content provided on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

ez77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ez77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10Privacy & Data

ez77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ez77 implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure data storage, to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ez77 cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by ez77, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations. To exercise these rights, contact our support team.

11Responsible Gaming

ez77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.

12Termination

• You fail to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• ez77 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, ez77 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure.

13Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. ez77 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

14Amendments

ez77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ez77 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
